Our Philosophy

We’re two sisters on a mission to show you how truly delicious salads can be. We are passionate about nutritious and flavourful eating, quality ingredients, the environment, and making a positive impact in our community. For us, this means providing yummy, nutrient-rich food that fuels your body, fills you up, and makes you feel great.

Cooking for our families is an integral part of our lives, so creating a quick and simple restaurant option for people craving convenient, whole foods feels like a natural fit! Environmental concerns factor into all of our decision making. We are driven by sustainability — from the way we eat to the way we package our food.

Eat Local


Our goal is to create a vibrant space in uptown Saint John where you and yours can enjoy a beautiful, nourishing meal. Our salads are full of tasty, homemade ingredients prepared from scratch every day, from the dressings to the gourmet nuts. Our veggies are cut fresh in-house every morning. We aim to provide quick-service food that is interesting, delicious and healthy all in one go.

Less Waste


We are always looking for ways to minimize our ecological impact. Our fibreware salad packaging is 100% compostable, and our smoothie cups and other wrapping is plant-based and free of petroleum products. We are dedicated to working with our customers to reduce single use takeout packaging and to add a level of consciousness to the takeout packaging process. Marci’s values progress over perfection, and we are happily making an investment toward a food system with less waste.
